Reading these replies it seems we are confusing two completely different actions. The current concern, from what I read here is simple human error, missing a deadline, which on precedent is met with a late fee. Apparently, simple. If they pay, they dance. The fee is more than sufficient to cover the additional administrative expenses incurred by an organisation that is effectively run by volunteers . The other actions referred to, were premeditated, illegal and immoral behaviours that personally benefited the pocket linings of some individuals and were adopted systematically as a template for success Whether their actions have been fairly dealt with has no bearing on the current situation . .
