Why is the AIO not back in the holidays for most States? It was always the week before when it was in QLD. This allowed for majority of kids/students to be on holidays. Younger kids dancing during the week means parents need to take time off. 4 days for AIO means that families with more than one dancer have more days to be there. The timing may not suit the 17/18 year olds doing their final exams but trying to squeeze another event into December would inconvenience everyone.     - I understand what you are saying, but you surely realise that pretty much every parent who has a younger dancer also works, most have other children to consider as well and various other family commitments.
