I can just imagine the modules – “We are now studying the “Stick you c#%k Up You’re A#!+” which will be followed by another elective called, “Your Mother S#@!x C#!% In Hell!”

I suppose Christians would say, “Turn the other cheek”? Whereas Exorcists would say, “Turn it 360 degrees!” – Geddit? LOL!

I think the word you are all looking for here, dears, is “experienced”.

You say, “I’m retired now but still keep my hand in and give the odd little lecture.” … ? Do you indeed? Not sure I want to know where you keep your hand or how little or odd your lectures are. Sounds frightening.
