Whipping his eyes back towards the Diamond Knight new comer, Marcius frowned. Things weren't as he liked them. He didn't like mercenaries...all they were after was money. They had no honor, no pride of country, nothing. They were scum to him.

"Hired help..." he mutters and spits softly. "And surrender?! HAH!" Marcius let's out a rueful chuckle. "You are outclassed, rebel scum! Stand down, sheathe your sword! Order your men to disarm. I will have you spared, don't fret that."

Without a thought, he leveled his Needler SMG at Lans. "Don't think your ordinary steel sword can deflect Gauss rounds either...someone already tried. It wasn't pretty."

"Now!" Marcius shouts, doing a half-turn so the Diamond Knight is also in his line of sight. "Don't think you've excaped my interests. Just who are you, and for who do you fight?! You appear as neither a brave Imperial Soldier nor as a traitorous rebel scum. Are you another mercenary?" His tone is tainted slightly with disgust. "Or are you just another of the indengous personnel that's taken no side? If so, go back your home. This is a function."
