I think that with a design speed under 7 knots you would have trouble with a spring ebb in poole whatever engine you had.

I do agree though, it is an excellent boat, but look for one that has the bells and whistles already added, makes little difference to the purchase price but a huge difference if you have to buy it all yourself.

If I was buying now I'd be looking for one that had been re engined I think.
