Agreed with the above, depowering the main early to ease the weather helm makes sailing much more fun, and what you lose in drive you seem to more than make up for with less rudder drag. Changing Arroyo's old pin-and-hole mainsheet track for one with a nice sliding car has made life so much easier, especially on those days when the wind is up and down around the point that you would think about reefing! Our experience is that the reefing point depends as much on sea state as pure wind speed - in sheltered fairly smooth water you can leave it all up in 25kt and have lots of fun, but if you've got any sort of sea running then the second reef goes in by 20kt to keep it all comfortable.
