Hello

Much Ado (T500) has hanked on headsails which I've always preferred because they set better. When I look at other yachts sailing with part furled headsails they always look as though they have too much draft and have odd stretching around the tack and the head. I can see there are advantages in being able to furl the sail safely from the cockpit but is it easy to change the sail to suit the wind or is it just much hassle for the crew. I've thought about twin forestays so two different sails can be bent on and lashed ready for use. I don't mind the foredeck work but often I don't have other experienced helmsmen/women and have to call on others to do the work and the genoa is a lot of canvass for some to handle in a wind. What's your experiences?
