Subject: P. Yogananda an 'avatara' ?

There seems to be a belief encouraged by SRF that our beloved Yogananda was an avatara.Don't you think this is a little bit of an inflated claim?Certainly not something encouraged by Yogananda himself.The wonderful thing about Yogananda was that he was so human,with faults.All this Yogananda avatara nonsense places him beyond approach,turning him into a kind of Tinckerbell.
Avatara is an unimaginable state of being, a descent of divinity,Yogananda was no avatara.
