But I think people decided to dance up haven't got much to loose, that is if they are knocked out 1st round of a higher level, they can still do the 2nd round of the next level. If they are recalled at a higher level (at least once) then they aren't far from looking too out of place at that level.

of course there will be people refuse to dance up (no mater what), not even just to see how they do, because they don't want to just have one recall at a higher level instead of going all the way at the lower level. Those ones are probably in the minority.

Maybe make it those knocked out in the 1st and 2nd round rejoin the 2nd round of next level?
