No, dang it.... and I've got a brand spankin' new pair too that picked up over 100hp on a three year old "junk" shortblock! For the "Pro" class, only "out of the box" heads produced prior to 9/07 are legal. Porting, polishing, angle milling (22* min) are allowed. Spark plug location, valve, guide, & seat location, head bolt location, etc must be as produced in the production head. No welding in the combustion chamber, runners, or exhaust ports.
