He gets paid full time but he's a varsity sport coordinator which takes up a whole bunch of time. So I see no reason why part time coaches should not be doing hard-core recruiting like he does. I really don't know why other Canadian coaches aren't like these two guys. When I was choosing a university, the only Canadian schools I heard from were Windsor, Guelph, and York. I honestly think that if Canadian coaches put more of an effort in, more people would stay in canada. In fact, I know of a certain national level woman who has heard from dozens of D1 schools and not a single Canadian school has even sent her a letter. Not even the ones she applied to.
