Basically, everyone, though it is never really stated in the text of the novels, has sort of agreed that the reason Alia and Ghanima have access to their male ancestral memories, is because they are preborn and Atreides.

The Atreides genes allow for the access to male ancestral memories. The tricky part is, let's say Jessica did what the Bene Gesserit wanted and just had a girl instead of Paul. Let's say the girl wasn't preborn like Alia. If this Atreides girl had gone through the Spice Agony or the Water of Life transmutation, would the girl have had access to her male ancestral memories?
Or is it a combination of being preborn and Atreides? Do you need both components to have access to those male ancestral memories?
