  • There are different levels of "Offers". They range from "We've GOT to have you, and if you accept our offer we will certainly reciprocate with a schollie on our end" to " We gave you an offer BUT you are a fallback option. Depending on who else we get to commit / sign we may or may not accept your verbal in response to our offer." Withourt seeing the whole picture we can not be sure where these fall on the spectrum.
