Subject: At the end of the day, this proves what any basketball person will say, shooting and defense win games, not 7 footers that lumber around in the paint. In RE's system, you need guys that can run the floor and that will translate to some wins automatically. If these same guys can shoot the ball, then that translates into a bunch of wins. Ron got 4 frosh that can run the floor in this class and 2 of them that can really shoot it - TJ and JJ. It has been and always will be the guard play that determines the better teams in the non-BCS conferences and I feel good about our guards in the future.
