Subject: I had that problem when I was following Atkins induction (which is the only Atkins I followed, because I couldn't figure out his OWL thing). Anyway, I now follow a moderate-carb diet -- not more than 40g healthy carbs per day & I feel a lot better.

  • Add some calcium, magnesium and potassium into your diet. Increase your water intake and make sure you are eating adequate protein. My legs would get charley horses and have aching in the muscle before I added those minerals. Might be what you are experiencing. (NT) -- Sherry, 07:53:48 08/11/02 Sun
