under the download section you can get Excel spreadt sheets for both nutrition and workouts, all you have to do is fill them in and follow them.

Concenring free days. If you have your workout and nutrition plans already figured out that may help you to stick to only one free day rather than an extended "vacation"

Diet: if i do the BFL program i will only be following the fitness portion and the eating schedule. When planning meals i will still go low carb, although depending how things work i may be able to add a few carbs here and there.
