Subject: Saturday !

Whew no more excercise this week. I finished my aerobics, all 20 minutes of it. It wasn't fun but then I guess I didn't expect it to be.

So I worked out 8 times last week and 5 times this week. I don't know if what I'm doing has any value or not. I SURE do hope so. My scale is up rather than down, I can't seem to keep eating low carb foods. I start the day right, but by the end of the day I'm eating things I shouldn't.

Working out like a nutcase. Fat calipers seem to show a loss, but also seem somewhat inconsistent, sometimes measure high other times low. I may still not know what I'm doing with them.

So is it working? I just DON'T know. Anyway I will stick with it through the month, then through the whole 12 weeks. If I can keep from killing myself in that time I will know if it has done any good. If not? Then what? Dunno. I'm about out of tricks. This body may just want to stay fat no matter what I do and if that is the case, well gee, who am I to argue with me?
