Subject: Ok now me

Hi, I wrote several of you "pep talks" which I hope have helped, but finding my own pep is a little harder. Writing to all of you helped me a little, so I will try not to be too much of a downer on my own little letter.

I have felt a little low energy lately. My workouts haven't been as intense as I would like. I tried doing the BFL type of workout yesterday and was a little shocked at it. I still haven't planned things out or decided when I am starting, but I am getting a little closer to realizing how much I'm trying to take on. Maybe it isn't a good idea (yet).

My weight is up (but then TOM's still here), and I'm starting to get back some enthusiasm, which usually goes away just before this part of the month.

I need a new job, I'm not making enough money to be comfortable with being able to meet all the bills and still have a little left over. That has me a little discouraged, and that discouragement seems to bleed over into other aspects of my life. Best to take charge of the things that are really bothering me so that I have the energy to tackle other things.

I'm not sure if I want to continue trying to low carb or maybe try something else for awhile. I feel pretty fat right now. Low carb works, if you work it. I'm not sure if I have the self discipline right now to work it.
