That she has gotten so used to low carb she has stopped eating enough food. Low carb is really appetite suppressing in a lot of ways. If you eat too few calories however you can put yourself into starvation mode and stop losing.

Calories should be about 12 per pound that she currently weighs. If she is much lower than that she could stall and stay there for awhile.

  • I was stalled for 2mos, however I was abusing "legal" foods like sunflower seeds and macadamia nuts I learned my way around the "legal" foods slipping them in here and there all through the day.
