Do you ever get a bag of Evo that is as much broken food dust as actual kibble peices? I've had a couple like that now and didn't know if it was the food itself or from shipping. This last bag is awful, it's 50/50 dust/kibble. -- Piggy's Pad

In reply to: D 's message, "Sandy, if you get to the diabetic cat board they have foods listed and they will help you out there. Many people use Fancy Feast, several varieties are listed as low carb. If you check the Purina ingred. you are gonna see a lot of crap ingredients and grain which he doesn't need. Used to be that canned was the only way to go for less grain or no grain but now with the grainfree kibbles I'm sure people use them. I've found a grainfree that is cheaper than Evo, it's called Taste of the Wild. Do you have Theisen's stores near you? I'm sure it's other places too. We've only ordered the one bag and it came to us just fine. Prior to that, we were buying the Evo at a place here in town called Doggie Day Care. But a car pulling into their lot took out the entire front of their building (an old barn) and they've been out of the Evo for some time now with no new order put in.
