We've only ordered the one bag and it came to us just fine. Prior to that, we were buying the Evo at a place here in town called Doggie Day Care. But a car pulling into their lot took out the entire front of their building (an old barn) and they've been out of the Evo for some time now with no new order put in. I think if I got a bag like that, I'd call the company and send it back. -- Piggy's Pad
