Subject: Oh God how SCARY, and how very sad for the firefighter and his family. I'm very glad it wasn't Punkie's building tho.... Fire scares the KWAP out of me... as I'm sure you all can understand why. {{HUGS}} Sandy, and pass some along to Punkie and Travis for me.

While Travis and Punkie were at the practice, Punkie got a phone call from one of her friends, telling her that a building in her apartment complex was on fire. Oh-so-thankfully, it wasn't her building but one that was just east of her's. She called us to let us know so we wouldn't freak out when it came on the news.   • I've been on my way home and have heard fire truck sirens and it ALWAYS goes through my head "what if it's my house" and get such a sick feeling till I get home and see it's not. Can't imagine those people that arrive home to see lights, sirens and ambulances where they live!
