It's kinda like what happened here in England, once. That WAS scary. These people didn't chain up their mastiffs properly, and they got into a neighbour's garden where their little girl was playing. She was about 4 or 5. Not pretty. Worse off, they didn't get punished! The dogs had to be destroyed, but the owners were just banned from keeping dogs. It's ludicrus.
