Unlike a birth, one can almost always tell when a baby is coming, but death sneaks up on all of us without warning. We never know when or how it's going to happen.

Dom, the last I heard from Com was around New Year's Day when we were emailing about films and TV programs. It was his turn to write back and I just thought he was backed up, as usual.
