Subject: Actually my comments refer to business reasons. The financial reasons i.e. to re-assure investors in their current and future projects. Possible divorce settlement refers to updating to a pure business status i.e. Caveats around if someone wants to sell their part of the business 10 years down the line the line the other person gets first choice etc.
