Subject: I thought Glee did that tribute show extremely well. I wonder if a lot of those lines about how they felt were ad-libbed as opposed to scripted, because you could see the emotion that everyone was feeling. Haven't watched the voice. wonder if I should get around to it.
In reply to: Cece 's message, "Two things: Did anyone watch the memorial to Cory Monteith episode of Glee? If so what did you think? I thought it was really respectfurl, and I loved the choice of music. Two: Does anyone watch The Voice? I'm watching it for the first time from the beginning. I've seen some of the contestants in the past and they've always been amazing." on 15:46:45 10/14/13 Mon

[> [> I've beem watching American Idol for years. The difference is that every voice and every song is a fab piece of singing and entertainment. I haven't heard a bad one yet. It's also a fun format, and the judges are really helpful, supportive, knowledgable, and talented in their own right. I wish i''d started watching from S 1. -- Cece, 02:44:11 10/15/13 Tue [1]

[> [> I don't know about the ad-libbing part, but I did read that a lot of the scenes were first takes, because they wanted to capture the raw, *real* emotions of the actors. I thought it was very well done. I cried during most of the ep, especially during the scene with his family, his mom was awesome! I thought it was a good choice to not mention how he died. -- JJ Ronda--so sad we won't see the planned storyline with him going into teaching, 06:31:03 10/15/13 Tue [1]

[> [> [> As you probably know, CM supported a project called Project Limelight that helps children in the problem inner city area of Vancouver, to build confidence by becoming involved the performing arts, as the arts had pulled him out of his addiction. He was really committed to this cause. ALL the proceeds from the downloads of this one episode will be going to Project Limelight. That will be a huge legacy.
