Subject: New Pilot for a Possible TV Series

Found this interesting entertainment news tidbit today:

One of the pilot shows being developed as a possible 2013 fall TV series for Fox is "Wild Blue." It is being developed as an ensemble series about the men and women on board a US aircraft carrier. The promo says that "Equipped with a 500 foot landing strip, a nuclear reactor and 6000 souls on board, Wild Blue is an upstairs/downstairs look at the pressure-cooker lives of US Navy personnel." The story lines will therefore presumably involve both officers and enlisted and aviators as well as support personnel.

Of course, at this point, there's no certainty it will make it on the air. Many pilot shows never become series for various reasons. But the idea is interesting. And I know someone who would make a wonderful captain for the ship. LOL!
