Subject: Season cliffhangers
Does anyone else think that CBS has gotten a little over the top with all of their cop shows? I mean in everyone of them they have a cliffhanger where someone is being knocked off. I watch NCIS and CSI but saw that Hawaii 50, NCIS LA, and on and on where there is a major departure. I have even read that on NCIS that the final pages of the script were only handed out to those at the shoot.
The only ABC show I watch is Greys Anatomy and they are having a similar cut a cast member but I know with them that it was because 6 of the main cast had yet to sign on for another year. Everyone has resigned for 2 more years so it should be interesting to see who they kill off. At least we get to see the plane crash on this one before, just wont know who lives till Sept.

I was slow to get into GA, but now I look forward to it. I wasn't around during the Mer/Der sexual tension build up, so I never got tied in because of the romance. I just like lots of ongoing story arcs with a big cast like this. I only ever eached a couple of seasons of NCIS in reruns, and it was good. The best thing though Cece is that MH stood up to TPTB and almost left the show if DPB stayed on. I really didnt watch either till I caught the reruns and now I watch it. I would jump for joy if Tony didnt come back. Abby and Tim need to be the next couple and who knows what a trauma like this could do to get them together.
Should be interesting to see just where we jump back to on season premire night in Sept.
And I read later that DM had signed a 2 yr deal but as they are talking on the Greys Anatomy boards that sometimes TPTB dont care about that. They know someone is leaving for sure, just who is the big deal. There are 2 or 3 over on GA that could go and wouldnt hurt me.

I think the explosions at the Navy Yard probably happened, but it could be that that last scene with Ducky was . . . (que theme music from "Dallas") . . . a dream!
Either Ducky was having a premonition or Palmer was having a nightmare about his wedding being postponed.

This past Saturday I happened to catch the last third of the movie "Freaky Friday" with MH and JLC from a few years back. Would be interesting to see what comes of them as a couple now.
