I was scrolling down and saw the thread about "Remember the Night" and posters wondering where they can see it. There's a new service online called "CanIstream.it" which scans ALL available online movie sources to tell you which providers offer the movie and in which format. All you do is type in the name of the movie.

Unfortunately, "Remember the Night" is not available online anywhere, to stream, rent or buy.

However, it's a good opportunity to check out this free service. You can also sign-up to receive free notifications of when a requested movie *does* become available.

[> Cool! Thanks for sharing. I have a list of movies I'm looking for, and specific actors I'm looking for. I check tvguide.com at least once a week because you can type in a movie (or an actor) and it will tell you if it is airing in the next 14 days and if so, when and where. But your link sounds like another great resource to find obscure stuff that is not always available. -- JJ Ronda--sometimes I get lucky and find old movies on YouTube., 11:06:48 06/09/12 Sat [1]

[> Okay, just did a search for several movies I'm looking for, and only one is available to rent from itunes. :-( None of the others are available unless you want to spend a lot of money on a DVD. I did notice that it is not very good at finding what is available on YouTube. Inside -- JJ Ronda--I find it very sad that these great old movies are getting harder and harder to find! Sniff!, 14:39:08 06/09/12 Sat [1]

If the movie you want is only on YouTube in multiple parts, it might not find it. And if it is on YouTube in one part, but they did something weird with the title, like list an actor's name before the title, it might not find that either. So while this website is VERY helpful in searching for hard-to-find movies, you might be better off searching YouTube yourself. Just thought I'd point that out for anyone who is searching for obscure stuff.
