Author: judi waving to old friend and BA, Carol
Subject: Carol, I didn't watch the whole show but I didn't see Chaka Kahn which is too bad.
In reply to: Matou/Carol 's message, "Same here, judi. I only tuned in to the Grammys because I wanted to see how they were going to honor/remember Whitney Houston. I only saw the beginning, though- didn't see Jennifer Hudson sing, and did Chaka Khan perform at all? I figured she might sing "I'm Every Woman" since Whitney did her own cover of Chaka's song (You can even hear Whitney saying "Chaka Khan"! at the end of the song).Other than that, I couldn't tell you how many years it's been since I've watched the Grammys. I think in the 80's *maybe* some in the early 90's." on 21:37:40 02/14/12 Tue
