wow Doc - that's phenomenal! - not sure I followed it all but I do know when I 'diet' now that I'm over fifty- the only way I loose weight is to Load up on proteins and veggies- I wonder if somehow I did a less scientific version of what you did - I need to lose 20 pounds and I will be thrilled. -- chris k -, 06:17:36 01/05/14 Sun [1]
