Subject: I wanted to be a kindergarten teacher, but I was always good in science and liked it better than reading, etc. I went to a community college to be a medical assistant, did that for about 5 years, got married and decided I wanted to be a nurse. I liked OB before I went to school and decided to go into obstetrics even before I started nursing school. After all these years, I should have been a teacher! No holidays, weekends, or off shifts. Missed so much with my kids
