Subject: I've found that Weight Watchers works for the longterm. I lost 42 lbs and have kept it off for 6+ yrs. I changed my eating habits and stay aware of what I put in my mouth. Portion control + excercise is essential. I weigh in every week so the lbs don't creep back on. I seriously recommend it, Being healthy as I age is why I chose WW, rather than crash diets. The important thing whatever you do, is to eat heathly foods, and eat all the good calories you require for health and fitness . Otherwise, it's too difficult to maintain and the weight comes back on. (inside)

With WW, you can eat anything. There is no special food or diet or pills. It is only difficult at the beginning, but now it's just a way of life. You can buy WW stuff but they never push it. As a lifetime member, I only have to weigh in once a month (but going to weekly meetings is my choice.) I love the non-judgemental and supportive atmosphere. Also, you can track your points on e-tools, from your cell phone. I still use paper and pen though.

Whatever you choose to do TH, I wish you the best of luck. Just think, this time next year, you'll feel FABULOUS DAHLING!
