Subject: and you're right that once a week I try and do an 'HCG day- where I eat just protein and veggie and fruit twice not to exceed 900 calories and that usually loses the junk I put on during the week - of course on back to back excess food days like yesterday and today- my weight is going up no matter what I do - sigh
In reply to: TF 's message, "The HCG diet requires you to restrict your calories so much to the point where, you really dont need the HCG really. My sister in law did this diet and she could only take in 500-700 calories a day. Well good grief ANYONE whould lose weight with that. A healthy 4 year old gets more then that. Who needs HCG?
