I will answer you question. There is nothing wrong with compassion and helping someone who is earnestly trying to better their situation by helping their self. Empathy is there for the people who usually are self reliant and a productive member of society and they fal on hard times and need helping hand not a permanent hand out. All these social programs would be fine if they were TEMPORARY.

So my question to you is what's wrong with hard work, paying you fair share, contributing to society instead of leeching off it? What's wrong with dignity, self-reliance, productivity????????? Your turn to answer.
