I want to say thank you to all of the forum readers and Dearborn County residents who have supported the efforts of my family and me over the years. In moving forward, I will continue to be active in advocating for reform in the family court system and challenging officials who are less than honest in their official duties. For the "victims" in my case who claim to fear me because I write or talk too much, I hope you've come to the realization that I am in my 40th year of non-violent behavior and I plan on continuing that streak for another 40+ years. I would never do anything to give public officials like Negangard and Humphrey a reason to say "we told you so." Hiding behind the law is an unbelievably cowardly action; especially for a judge and prosecutor. Hopefully the Indiana Supreme Court will issue a ruling that allows Dearborn County residents to criticize elected officials without fear of wrongful prosecution.
