 THE FIRST ADM is not absolute. Get a grip. If your right to free speech infringes on someone else rights then you enter a grey area. Dan proves that as he sits in prison. Put there by a jury of his peers I might add. Now he tries to get money to hire an attorney, where is the one from Ohio? I gave it a month and the guy bailed faster than that. The ACLU will take cases like his if they have merit. They declined this one. YOY did they do that? I keep asking questions and I either get silence or propaganda. You talk of a waste, Dan could have pled with time served. Bet he wished he has that deal again.
