 I only know how to click and paste and have no legal background but I saw this and thought about you: we all have rights to say what we wish the constitution states that.... so she doesn't like her governor..-.big deal... not everyone is going to like whose in power... she has an opinion and has the freedom to say so. Brownback's office contacted the school about the tweet.." WHAT??? How petty can a politician be?? Brownback needs to explain why his office is waisting taxpayer time and dollars on itty bitty nitpicking like this!" CHANGE BROWNBACK TO HUMPHREY OR NEGANGARD AND WHAT DO WE HAVE? In Kansas the girl didn't like the governor, in Dearborn, Brewington didn't like the judge! So what! It is a waste of time and our money!!!

They have nothing better to do than to go after a student who was just expressing a point of view?

This makes me SICK!
