If you know anything about ADHD, it is a disability and it would make his dealings with the court very difficult due to a lack of patience and other issues. We have someone in the family with it. I've learned that it is a recognized disability and some universities allow special test taking with more time. It has nothing to do with intelligence, but tasks are all more difficult and coping.
