I am very familiar with ADHD. I, too, am diagnosed and treated for ADHD. Yes, it is difficult to live with at times. However, ADHD is NOT an excuse to carry on the way that this man has, or is it an excuse to become a victim in every contact that he has had with the courts/professionals dealing with his case. It is obvious that the man is intelligent. It is also obvious that he is emotionally immature - which is NOT caused by ADHD. I cannot think of one reason that a professional would want to assist this man. The risk is too great that one might get on his "bad side".
