Everyone posts on this site without doing any homework and responds to whatever is posted. Stop for a second and examine the paperwork filed in the cases. When you do the research you will discover a majority of the posts are written out of emotion and with little or no background in to the facts. If you don't think it could happen to you, simply check the paperwork. Until the paperwork is checked, many of these posts are no better than speaking to a drunk in a bar about the rights of someone stopped for driving drunk. I don't think I would take drunk driving advice from a drunk at the bar any more than I would accept the representations of an elected official or officials concerning anything without doing some independent research. In some respects these forums are thought provoking and in other instances, they are merely a vent for individuals who have nothing better to do and know nothing about the facts. Case in point: Brewington.
