You know nothing about the difference between civil and criminal procedure. You claim that Dan lost because he couldn't prove something. Do you not understand that a defendant in a criminal trial does not bare the burden of proving anything? I can see how you would be confused since the Dearborn County Prosecutors Office enables non-logical thought through their ignorance of the legal system.
