My sis was diagnosed bipolar. She was degreed from 3 private universities, never married, lost every job she had. Our family tried it all, finally she ended up on the street, no home, no money, no job. We forced the issue when she asked for help, on meds she was able to function and work. We didn't make a federal case out of any of her issues. Hard times did take a toll, she died at 53. Smart and articulate to the end but she sounded much like your Dan. I again state, if he had followed thru at the beginning we wouldn't be here. I have no problem telling this story, it is absolutely true and informative. Take my advice and get him help. All the other issues will go away if you do. It's not 1st or now 2nd ad. rights that are the issue here.
