He had worked his ass off for years for that tuition, he had always intended on going to school for something or another when he got out of the military. A four year enlistment had turned into a six year one though and six years was going on seven and suddenly it didn't look like he would ever get out of the service, he had gone and made a career of it. It had been all good until March when..well, that was better off not thought about. A low breath escaped his lips as he looked over to her. "Say you'll think about what you want to major in." He stated before he turned the fire down on the stove top and checked on the fries. Keegan had trusted him to care for his baby sister and he was going to make sure he took damn good care of her. "You need to decide what you want to do about school too...I mean, you could enroll at the highschool here...probably a good way to meet some people or you could do correspondence classes.." He shrugged his shoulders, the soldier in him was already trying to lay out a plan of attack, a strategy for dealing with this hand that fate had suddenly dealt him.
