You have GOT to be kidding me!!!!!

I'm tearing my hair out with frustration of DJE's movie choices since leaving JAG. A horror flick?? With blood and guts and bare boobs-n-butts? Is he INSANE?? Doesn't he have children who will ask him why he worked on this awful stuff?? Doesn't he have a nice little nest egg left over from 10 years on JAG so he can still feed his family and be able to be more selective???

60-Minute-Man would have been really cool.

Rainbow Tribe was a GREAT idea.

Gooby was way too far in the wrong direction.

The Terry Evanshen thing was just not my kind of movie.

The sex addict thing was WAY too.... ICK.

The Sci-Fi thing with the mysterious metal and DJE in leather pants & massive hair extensions was at least interesting if not what you would call a "hit".

And now THIS???

David, I LOVE ya tons, but I'm quickly losing interest in your career!!!

He should be co-starring in movies like "Brooklyn's Finest" or "The Blind Side" etc. Not slasher flicks.

*sigh*, okay rant over. So much for being excited about a new DJE film.

[> [> Spot on, Chief. Is he really having trouble being cast in a good part (there are rumors to this effect) or is he trying to show that he is versatile as a actor? Or is he or his agent making bad decisions about his roles? And his bad parts haven't just been recently. During his years in JAG, he appeared in that awful role in "The Shrink is In" which, IMO, did nothing for his career. This new role may appeal to some people, but I don't enjoy horror pixs, so I'll pass. Funny how CB's career has flourished since JAG, but DJE's hasn't seemed to go in the right direction. -- Araninda, 22:04:50 03/08/10 Mon [1]

[> [> I agree completely with Chief and Araninda. This movie looks as trashy as Love Sick was. The more of this type of movie he does the harder it will be for him to get a decent role He probably needs a new agent that will put more effort into getting him better roles. -- Jeanaz8, 11:32:50 03/09/10 Tue [1]

[> [> [> Other actos have done thiskind of thing and still gotten good roles. So I'm not worried. Would I prefer to see him doing something else? Yeah. But I liked Impact - and even as Gen Braxton he was good. He was really the only good thing in that movie for me. And I liked Knights, too. So much that I have sequel to it started (and if I ever get things settled with my mom's estate, I might finish it!) -- nancyeddy, 14:24:40 03/09/10 Tue [1]
