I honestly was never inappropriate. Twitter, to me, or so I thought, was a way to level the playing field, so to speak among people, no matter what background you come from or who you are. I still believe that. In my mind, no one is greater than any one else or beyond tweeting. Indeed, if someone started to get weird or 'stalky', then it might be time to pack it up, but, even then, I still don't think it should/would stop a person from tweeting. I think it's a glitch.
