There's another thing about JB I have been wondering about. How does he know so much about the different unseelie? they were already imprisoned when they came to this planet and have not been roaming free. And Darroc was a seelie, he was on the queens council, but was trying to overthrow her and go back to the way things were before the compact.I don;t think JB is Circenn and Lisa's son. He is just to cold and ruthless to be theirs.

There is a lot of lore in Ireland concerning the characters of the Unseelie (although they go by a different term). He could be very old and very well read / good at listening to oral stories. I think that he's somehow more-than-mere-human would be a good guess.
