 Alf m8I think the japs hid all theirs and the I talians only had subs that went full astern so were never seen.Peter in Ozz.
On a more serious note Alf.The last of the 3 midget subs that came into Sydney harbour has been found just outside the heads.A memorial service was held at sea.
Sports divers think they may have found HMAS Sydney,still to be confirmed by Navy divers.
