If he leaves because he wants to and finds something better, then good for him. PSU will be fine. I have heard some alum bashing O'Brien for possibly leaving, and that astounds me. Good for him if he found something that makes him happier (if that is what he is doing). He doesn't owe shit to the school, and he CERTAINLY doesn't owe shit to any PSU fan.
