Date Posted: 10:47:45 05/14/13 Tue Running turned out to be a no go. It looks like I still have shin splints. They were aching pretty badly after a few days of 30 minute jogging. My feet were a bit soar too. So it's back to the elliptical. Funk that noise! I've decided to go back to the ways of the kettle bell. Except my gym doesn't have KB's so I'll be starting with dumbbells. I am too nervous to buy KB's and use them in my all wood flooring apartment. Lukey, your plan is flawless.
